We have a number of pigs which will be ready for processing starting in late summer 2017. Contact us now to reserve yours!
If you have never eaten pastured pork, then you are in for a treat! Our pigs live their entire lives outdoors where they are regularly rotated to new areas of our farm. They glean much of their diet from natural forages and are supplemented with non-GMO grains, milk and whey from our jersey cows, and extra garden produce.
With the exception of some of our breeding stock, all of our pigs are born and raised right here on the farm where they happily spend their entire lives outdoors. Most are Gloucestershire Old Spots (GOS), but we also have a few Red Wattles and crosses of the two. Both are heritage breed pigs, better suited than commercial breeds to life on pasture.
